We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with the quality of all the items you buy from Maridadi. However, if you have any issues with the items at the time of delivery, you are not under any obligation to purchase the particular unwanted item(s). However, the delivery charge of 250/- will still apply, even if all the order items are returned.
Any returns required, or exchanging of items for different sizes, after the delivery team has left will be charged at the standard delivery rate of 250/- .
We are happy to collect returns or exchanges at the same time as delivering a new order and will only charge the new order delivery charge in such cases, ie 250/- .
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on all men and women´s briefs and earrings.
Swim wear, lingerie sets and bras can be exchanged or returned within 24 hours provided that the labels are intact.
Please note all returns are only accepted for unworn/unused items in the same condition they were received. Labels must be intact.
